Sophie Videos

Sophie was not feeling well this day, but she never stops no matter what. :)

7 Weeks and Growing Like Crazy

We have been pretty busy over here taking care of these two cuties and moving into our new-to-us apartment.  But here is a little update.

Julia had her six week check-up with Kate (our wonderful midwife) and she weighed 11 lbs 15 oz!  She is an eater just like Sophie was.  Her hemangioma strawberry on her cheek is growing big time (it will eventually go away in a few years).  But it's so cute!  She has her 2 month check up with her pediatrician in a couple weeks.

Julia is so chill.  She usually just hangs out and chills during her big sister's tantrums. :)  Which is helpful for me.

She wakes up once to eat at night, sometimes twice.  We're not quite in a routine yet, but she's doing great with sleeping at night so far.

She is smiling a lot now and LOVES her big sister.  Sophie wants to hold her all the time and Julia is okay with it (most of the time)!  Sophie is very gentle with Julia and Julia is very patient with Sophie. :)

Taking a walk with Grandma.  Sophie always wants to push the stroller.  The reason we haven't invested in a double jogger is because Sophie is not a stroller-rider (never really has been).  Julia just sleeps the day away in the stroller when we go for walks.

 Hanging out on our patio.

 So pretty.

 Sleepy baby.

 Bumbo time!

Saturday morning snuggles with Dad (and Barney).
Travis looks good in pink, right?

Cows in my mom's front yard before we moved.  They got through a hole in the fence.

 Sleepy, sleepy.
